Using your directions, I made my own organic dried orange and lemon peel for the mulled wine/cider spice bags I was giving out at a pre-Christmas party. Since I needed 2/3 cup of each kind of peel I saved significant $$$$$$ and the cider turned out great! Thank you for this post.
